step 1 of the signup process. Your system password will not
be emailed to you until you successfully complete step 2 of
the signup process. Payment is currently only
accepted via credit card.
Your membership will automatically renew every 30 days, until it is cancelled. To cancel, please email
billing2@filegenie.com.
Refund Policy
We are proud of the quality of our services and want to make sure you
are satisfied. If not, contact us within 15 days of signup with a short
explanation and we will contact you about a refund promptly.
*Our 15 day limited trial is valid only once per email address.
Storage is limited to 5MB, and such services as weblink and ftp access are not enabled.
During or within 30 days after the trial you can upgrade to a subscription account, otherwise
after 30 days your account and any files will be removed from the system.
